The Mind Behind The Mission.

Meet Dr. Curtis C. Cochran, Founder and President of the Finance, Mathematics, and Science Foundation.
Background & Experience
FMSF is the culmination of decades of work, study, and experience for Dr. Curtis C. Cochran. His career has crossed the worlds of education, mathematics, business, real estate, and organizational leadership, giving him a distinctive perspective on how knowledge can create opportunity and long-term economic growth.
His academic journey reflects that same breadth of curiosity and commitment to learning. Dr. Cochran holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, along with bachelor's, master's, and doctoral-level studies in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysical Sciences. He earned his MBA from National University in San Diego and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from La Salle University.
As President and CEO of Cochran Consulting LLC, Dr. Cochran has spent decades applying his knowledge to the challenges businesses and entrepreneurs face in the real world. That experience has shaped a consulting philosophy centered on turning insight into action, strategy into execution, and opportunity into measurable results. This philosophy is embodied in the E4 Mathlosophy System:
“Through our proprietary E4 Mathlosophy System, we take a structured, strategic, and results-driven approach to business and real estate. We align execution with vision, optimize operations, strengthen leadership, and create scalable pathways for sustainable, long-term success.
We partner with organizations and individuals to drive measurable performance improvements, identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities, enhance decision-making, and build stronger, more efficient enterprises. Our approach integrates strategic planning, financial analysis, operational optimization, leadership development, and disciplined execution to transform opportunities into measurable results”.
Furthermore, Dr. Cochran's commitment to education extends well beyond the classroom and consulting environment. As the author of 13 books and more than 20 eBooks, he has created an extensive body of work exploring ideas shaped by his academic studies, professional experience, and continued pursuit of knowledge. His professional affiliations have also included the National Association of Mathematicians and the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation.
The Vision Behind FMSF
Dr. Cochran’s vision for FMSF is to strengthen the role of finance, mathematics, science, logic, and critical thinking across education, religion, business, and politics, empowering people to approach complex issues with greater clarity and intellectual independence. At its core, that vision is about impact—putting knowledge into the hands of people who can use it to create opportunity, strengthen their communities, and shape a better future for the generations that follow.
